Hello Doctor, unfortunately the device didnt help my left hand tremor caused by cerebellar stroke. Its an ingenius idea & my guess is that for me the gyroscope would need to be significantly stronger. What a noble cause you have taken up & even tho it didnt help me, your efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank You, Mike McDonald. I will get it coming your way if you tell me procedure for returns.
Thank you so much, Mike, for the nice words and for taking the time to try the device. Yes, unfortunately the device isn't ideal for cerebellar tremors, which typically involve arm movements. If you think of the back of your hand as a flat plane, the device works best when the tremor is causing this plane to change direction by either your hand twisting or by your hand going up and down by bending your wrist. These are motions more associated with Parkinsonian and essential tremors. I hope you're able to find other ways to help manage your tremor. Maybe a weighted arm sleeve might help? As advertised, returns are super easy and you'll receive a full refund. I'll email you the USPS return slip shortly.
I tried this device and it does help with the tremor in my right hand. I thought it was going to be heavy on the hand, but it's actually pretty light.
My husband has Parkinsons Disease and I ordered this product for him to help with his tremors. He used it right away and it does work. It stopped his tremors pretty quickly.

After graduating medical school, I worked as a deep brain stimulation (DBS) research scientist in Silicon Valley instead of going to residency. I developed and wrote patents on new implantable neurotechnologies and a tremor clinical study I wrote is currently ongoing. As exciting as it was developing new implantable treatment options for tremor, I was frustrated by how few patients can receive these therapies because of insurance hurdles and having to wait for advanced disease progression.
I started Baldoni Neuromodulation to get more neuromodulation therapies to more people through a non-invasive approach. My goal is to provide the most innovative therapies for people with tremor and other neurological conditions. I am excited to share our new Decrescendo tremor device line to hopefully reach more people than DBS. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
